Join us to support friends and family members who have experienced a loss for an evening of remembrance as we honor those who were carried for a moment and loved for a lifetime. We invite you to bring your family and friends to light up our memorial pond with lanterns filled with messages of love. Jefferson Memorial cordially invites you to our Annual Service of Remembrance. The Annual Remembrance Service will be held at the Pleasant Hills Church (Great Room) in Pleasant Hills on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 6-8:00 PM. Cookie Hour will take place from 6-7:00 PM and the Service will begin at 7:00 PM. If you are unable to attend in person, we will host a livestream of the service live on our homepage at jeffersonmemorial.com.  Each family that responds by November 12 will receive a keepsake ornament to memorialize their loved one. During Cookie Hour, we will play a video tribute for those of whom we will honor during the service. We invite all the families who we have served to join together with our family so that we may honor, remember, and celebrate the life of all who are recognized on the grounds of Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, Funeral Home, Crematory & Arboretum.
