Jefferson Memorial cordially invites you to our Annual Service of Remembrance. The Annual Remembrance Service will be held at the Pleasant Hills Church (Great Room) in Pleasant Hills on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 6-8:00 PM. We invite all the families who have experienced a loss to join together so that we may honor, remember, and celebrate the life of all who are recognized at Jefferson Memorial. Refreshments will be served from 6-7 p.m. and the service will begin at 7:00 PM. Prior to the start of the service, we will play a video tribute that includes submitted photos of your loved ones. If you are unable to attend in person, we will host a livestream of the service live on our homepage at jeffersonmemorial.com. We invite all the families who we have served to join together with our family so that we may honor, remember, and celebrate the life of all who are recognized on the grounds of Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, Funeral Home, Crematory & Arboretum.
