Holiday Wreath Order Form

For many years Jefferson Memorial Park has assisted its lot owners in the placement of a traditional holiday decoration or a live pine winter blanket. Each full, florist-quality decoration is handmade using materials chosen for weather resistance. The fresh evergreen blankets are individually made and are especially advantageous when weather conditions prevent seeding of a grave. These holiday styles are on display in our office for your inspection and purchase Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for your convenience.

Wreath Placement:

Weather permitting, we will begin placing wreaths the first week of December. In order to guarantee placement by Christmas, all orders for wreaths and blankets must be received before December 11th.

Wreath Removal:

If you wish to keep any items, please remove them by the last day in February. Please remember, any items not removed by the family will be removed by cemetery personnel and disposed of on March 1.

Place an Order via Phone or Mail:

To order, either download and fill out the Order Form (check or credit card) and mail to Jefferson Memorial Park, Inc. 401 Curry Hollow Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236, or call at (412)-655-4500 (credit card only). Orders must be received before December 11. Make all checks payable to Jefferson Memorial Park.

All prices include tax and placement. All decorations are artificial except grave blankets.

Wreaths and Trees will be mounted on a steel wire stand.
