Hospice Partnerships

Jefferson Memorial is proud to partner with hospices in our region. Together, Jefferson Memorial and local hospices work towards education, planning, outreach and support for all those we serve.

We are happy to offer a savings certificate to all families through our hospice partnership program. We also are pleased to provide tours and Q&A sessions to our hospice partners to discuss funeral, burial and cremation questions that are directed to you from the families you serve. Hospice professionals and volunteers provide essential care every day. If a patient has been in your care for any length of time, we know you’re like family.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience for the family of your patient. Please know we share the same goal in providing families with care, support, and peace of mind during such difficult times.

Please consider us your personal resource. We are here to provide you one-on-one meetings with your social workers, nurses, and volunteers to help answer questions that inevitably come their way from the families they serve in relation to funeral, cremation and burial services. From transferring property to power of attorney, we've experienced it all and are here to guide hospice professionals in an area they are not familiar with.

We are happy to provide you:

One-on-one or group meetings at your facility or ours, to answer any and all questions that come your way related to funeral, cremation and burial.
Tour of our funeral home and exclusive on-site crematory. Your staff can become an authority on cremation, funeral and burial related topics.
Invites to complimentary events such as Hospice Happy Hour and Hospice Night at the Ballpark, all free of charge, simply as a way to say thank you.
Literature and any other resources you may need to better serve your families.
