My condolences to the family. Dan was a co-worker and good friend. I was shocked and saddened at the news of his passing. He is with our Lord and Savior now, and I’m sure he is happy.

I got to know Dan while working together on projects around Brush Run. We often joked at how the horses seemed to be always watching us and passing judgement on our workmanship. He will be missed and is in my thoughts and prayers.
It was a privilege and an honor to have known and worked with Dan, at Horses with Hope, and as a friend. He wore his love for God and his country on his sleeve. His endless giving of time and attention to detail was like no other. His love for animals was his second nature. His suffering has now come to an end as he has been welcomed in heaven. We offer prayers for those of us left behind for comfort and peace, until we are reunited with him.
Thank you Jesus, heaven changes everything.
