He demonstrated a commitment to education and growth, culminating in his graduation from the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy in 1969. His professional life was dedicated to serving the community through his work at Herbert's Pharmacy (Caste Village), later at Giant Eagle Pharmacy, and finally in his "retirement job" at CVS mail-order pharmacy, where his kindness left a mark on all who knew him.
