I met rich at diving school and since the day we met we were inseparable for the two months-7 days a week- 12 hours a day we attended school and extra curricular activities. He was one of the most loving, funny, genuine, caring people I knew. A true friend. After dive school we lost touch and I always tried to get that back but was unable. So as I set here thinking about the “good old days” Rich came to mind, I start looking through old photos and come across these. I tried finding him on Facebook and was unsuccessful, I try google and I find this page. My heart dropped to the floor, I can not believe this is real. I felt compelled to share my experience and time spent with Rich because you don’t meet people like him, he was one of a kind. In the short time we knew each other we grew a bond that had no limits so may even say a “best friend” he was truly an amazing friend. From the bottom of my heart I would like to send my love to the friends and family, he will always be remembered.
