Jane, Grant and Jillian we are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We will always remember Bill's great smile ( even at 6:00am on hoagie days) and willingness to help during band events!! As the Ranger of Camp Potomac I always so enjoyed talking to Bill, He would drive down to Camp Potomac for Oa weekends and was always willing to help do anything needed. You will be missed my friend.
