Raymond J. Swick's Obituary
Raymond J. Swick, age 78 of South Park, passed away on October 20, 2025. Born on February 14, 1947, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Raymond was the son of John and Ruth Swick.
Ray spent many years as a journeyman machinist at US Steel before retiring from Tri-State Hydraulics. He was a man who knew how to do everything and was known for his passion for tackling projects around the house. Ray's skill set spanned from mechanical work on cars to the simple yet vital task of changing light bulbs, which he accomplished effortlessly with his tall stature.In his leisure time, Ray enjoyed watching car races. He was a man of many talents and interests, and he touched the lives of all who knew him.Ray is survived by his beloved spouse, Barbara Swick, and his cherished daughter, Kerry Swick. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Jillian Swick; as well as his sister, Jacqueline Scanlon.
Services will be held privately.
