Raymond R. Bunchek, 73, of Bethel Park, passed away surrounded by his loving family on June 17, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on July 24, 1942, to the late Frank and Mary Bunchek.
Raymond is survived by his three daughters, Susan (Ron) Gorecki, Lori (Todd) Jansma, Pamela Miller; grandchildren, Lauren, Shayne, Meghan, Sara, Tommy, Justin, Tina, Ronnie, Anna, and Ty; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Ray was branch manager/VP of Great American Federal Savings & Loan, former president of the Rotary Club and the Savings & Loan Institute. He also was a veteran of the USMC and very active in the American Legion.
Friends will be received on Monday, June 20, from 3-8 PM at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 21, at 10 AM at St. Joan of Arc, South Park. Everyone please meet at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Down Syndrome Association. Condolences may be left at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
