All of you have my Deepest Sympathy for your loss of Det. Hutton. I met him at first when I worked for Kaufmann's. He was always a great Detective, and person. We ran into him when I gave him a few cases in homicide when I joined the City EMS. May he rest in peace. Thank you for all your service, kindness and professionalism.

Uncle Phares will always be remembered by me and my entire family. Growing up my parents surrounded us with there friends. We called them Uncles and Aunts. It truly reminds me of how people say it takes an entire village to raise children. Uncle Phares was a part of village. You knew that you had to behave and he kept you in line. Helped make you into a man. It’s ironic that he was a cop because it was like good cop (Aunt Arlene) bad cop ( Uncle Phares). Love you and miss you. Keith Moeller
