Mary and I were very close friends during our grade school years. We both enjoyed sports. Together in our free time, we did horseback riding, ice skating, swimming and bowling. We had lots of fun together! We remained friendly throughout high school. When I left the area for college, we lost touch. Luckily, however, I returned home for a visit and made an impromptu stop at the Hulley's home. It was a nice surprise and both Dr. and Mrs. Hulley were at home that day. We then called Mary, and we had a chance to talk. For that reason, I am very thankful that I stopped by that day!

To the Hulley family - I will always remember the wonderful times that I spent with your family.

Mary was one of my best friends in Union School. She was the reason I got to see the Beatles in 1964 at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh( think we were 13). Lost touch as time passed but she always had a special place in my heart. Linda Hight (Newberg)

Mary was one of my closest high school friends and she lived a few doors away from me in high school. I remember Mary’s laugh.. that deep throated snicker with a snort! And she laughed a lot. She was a good friend and a kind, fun, smart and generous woman. I didn’t see much of her in recent years but will always remember her as a dear friend. Rest in peace, Mary.

My fondest memories of her was wandering (probably by myself/in my own little world) through her yard with Daisia and Carmel and her smoking a cigarette, window open in her kitchen, just saying hello, laughing and playing along.. She was so smart and funny and a pillar in our perfect neighborhood, growing up on Coal Bluff Road. She will ALWAYS be loved and deeply missed🤍
