Lara Michelle Borrasso's Obituary
Lara Borrasso, age 38, of Key West, Florida, formerly of Pittsburgh's South Side, passed away on December 2nd, 2024, in the presence of her fiancé, Jeremy Beightol, and supported by her parents, Gerald and Beth Borrasso, and her best friends, Raeven Chandler, and Andraya Kimbrough. She is also survived by her uncle, Wayne Smith.
Adored by her fiancé and loved by all who knew her, Lara was a strong-willed, highly intelligent person whose life's mission was to serve people throughout her life. She loved creative people, service providers, finance professionals, graduate students and professors of research, animal parents, and street people who supported her work and were unique in their approach to life. She befriended them and advised them.
Ultimately, she found Key West to have the ambiance for which she had searched, and her fiancé, Jeremy, would support her decision to move there and to build their careers in that location. She was appreciated by many in Key West, as they did in Pittsburgh, for her gifts and her friendship.
A private family visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh 15236. Public visitation will begin at 12:00 pm and go until 2:00 pm.
