Mary Dalsin shared the sad news of Jack's passing with the Riva family. I always enjoyed getting to visit and to speak with him at the Family Reunions. He was so bright and engaging. He must have been a gifted teacher.
His passing was on Uncle Rip's and Aunt Betty's 77th anniversary. We have home movies thanks to Uncle Walter Cope of your Dad, the best man, your lovely mom, and you as a little girl, the youngest guest, all dressed up. God's blessings and His Grace connects us all. I would like to think that my parents were on hand with your parents to welcome Jack home to heaven.
We hope that the memories of this remarkable and very talented man will comfort you during your time of loss. Please know that the prayers of our family are with you.
