John Michael Pronobis' Obituary
John Michael Pronobis, of Pleasant Hills, PA, liked to say when the time comes, a flowerpot will fall on your head. His fell on September 30, 2020.
John was born on June 4, 1952, in Buffalo, New York, the son of Aloysius and Florence Elizabeth (Lopian) Pronobis. He attended Gannon University and obtained his Masters Degree from Robert Morris University.
John will be remembered by his wife, Barbara Pronobis, son, Jay Pronobis and stepsons, Ronald Rokicki, Robert Rokicki, Adam Rokicki, and Aaron Rokicki, his sister, AnneMarie (Christopher) Kalkhof and brother, Andrew (Ellen) Pronobis, nephews and nieces, Andrew Pronobis, John (Johnnie) Pronobis, Margaret Pronobis, and Regina Kalkhof and additional nieces, nephews and friends as someone who knew how to enjoy life.
His many passions included cars, music, and photography. He enjoyed golf and computers and his job as network administrator for Allegheny County Court until his retirement. Everyone who knew John came away with memories of laughter from the experience.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, October 6th from 2-4PM & 6-8PM at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 301 Curry Hollow Road, 15236. A private service will be held.
