John and Rita were the best neighbors anyone could dream of having. Kind, welcoming, helpful when needed and a lot of fun! One of my favorite memories is how he loved animals. It was so funny when our cat would see John, he would leap off the porch, fly across the pasture, zoom under the fence, jump over logs and finally slide in at his feet! I loved how John would laugh at that cat. I was lucky he didn’t shoot him! RIP John It was fun having you as my neighbor.
