Uncle Jeff gave me many good memories in my childhood. We used to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the car in Sylvania Heights. He would exclaim, "comme belle !" after every really nice firework, then he would bust out laughing. We would watch the Wizard of Oz every time it came on TV, he loved that movie back then. I remember him laughing a lot and I always loved to be around him because of that. As a child, my artist uncle inspired me to sketch and paint. On my 12th birthday he gave me an artist's sketch pad and charcoal pencils. I have kept the sketch pad with me since and it is filled with drawings all of which bring good childhood memories. Thank you.

I had high hopes after Father anointed you with the holy oil I brought back from St Nektarios in Greece. I was hopeful and I think it worked for a while. May you rest in the arms of our Lord and with your mother ( my dear Aunt Fritzie and your father my Uncle Charlie) in a place of brightness where all sickness has fled away
