James E. Lehman, age 73, of South Park, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 43 adventurous years, Marilyn (Gracon) Lehman; daughter, Kelly "Scooter" (Matthew Clark) Lehman and Baby Boy Read Obituary
I am a loyal customer at Lowes and just heard of his passing, my condolences to you, the family who he spoke so highly of. His smile and caring of others will be greatly missed... as well as the candy he kept us coming back for. No matter what kind of day you were having Jimmy Bow Tie always made those around him a bit brighter.
The memories and stories of Bowtie as revealed these past days are many and colorful (as one should expect) and every time includes a smile. He brought a life to this workplace that will sadly never be replaced. Jimmy cared. We've collectively been the less from his absence due to pandemic concerns and now his passing. Employees and customers alike. I worked closely with him for many months in many stressful situations at the store. We didn't always get along but he was always fair with me. We always had an inherent concern for the other's well being. That was Jim. To \"the Saint\" Marilyn and to \"Scooter\", he loved you more than anything. Bragged non stop. His grandchild will have his guidance from above and an energy from the love he bequeathed upon us all that knew him while he walked and rode the \"Zamboni\" among us. Thanks Bowtie. Rest in peace.

Marilyn and Kelly, Bob Stanley from BHS 66. I am sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We were in a few classes in highschool. One of them was English Comp. Jim wrote an article for the may 27, 1966 Purbalite. It was advice to the athletics of the class of 67. I can assure you that Mrs. Belle would have given Jim an A+ for his writing. Marilyn – I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. I always remember Jimmie Bowtie’s warm greetings at Lowe’s – regardless of my scruffy appearance in the middle of a home project. The first time, I told him I worked with you. He was clearly skeptical until I shared all the Work Mom things you do for us. Then he broke into the biggest smile and got that twinkle in his eyes. Our family’s thoughts and prayers are with you.

Uncle Jimmy-- I am so glad I have been able to keep in touch with you and your family via messenger. You will be forever missed and I will always remember you. You were my crazy, yet fun Uncle who loved his wife, daughter and cats fiercely. I am glad you got to see Kelly get married. I will always remember our whiffle ball games on the 4th of July at Mama and Papa's house, pinball tournaments in your basement, turkey trot trivia, and LMB Football years.
