Andrea and family I am so sorry to hear about Jimmy . I have known Jimmy from High School, to Service in the Army even in Vietnam, to indulging in a few beers at the Dago Club after playing some tag football at Langley Field. to trying to get in touch with him when I was a trainee at the IRS and even trying to get in touch with you but the Credit Union was always closed at lunch time when I tried to meet you to tell Jimmy I said hi. Even to the fact that I tried to get in touch with Jimmy when he was working at Washington PA.. If it sounds like I was stalking him, maybe you could think so. I'm really pissed-off at my self, for putting off getting to hook-up with flipper and not finding out about his death. I will go to see him at the Cemetery and have a couple of beers with him. If there is ANY THING THAT I CAN DO FOR YOU AND THE FAMILY PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ONE THING I HAVE TO TELL YOU ME AND PHYSICAL WORK DON'T GET ALONG. SO I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH THAT.

I will remember Jim for his keen ability to engage with everyone at IRS. He actively listened with an understanding compassion and willingness to help. A great guy who was proud of his family and placed their importance above all else, I am sorry for your loss , Andrea. It was always a pleasure being around you both. I also wish to express my condolences to your children. I am certain that his presence in their lives was profound and; therefore his absence will be the same. I wish the best to you all in coping with Jim's loss.

Andrea and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Jim always had the biggest smiles. We worked together for years, and working with him is one of my favorite professional memories. A consummate professional, it was really his compassion and understanding of people that set him apart. He made a difference, and am saddened with his passing. Peace.

I am saddened to learn that Jimmy has passed. I last saw Jimmy at the Langley High School reunion for the 1965 and 1966 graduating classes in 2015. I saw Jimmy many times after high school, he was always fun to be around and we shared many good stories. One story we always recounted was when we met while in Viet Nam. We met at the processing center in Long Binh, it was a great time for me, but not such a good time for Jimmy. I was leaving that day and he had just arrived.
My thoughts and prayers are with Jimmy's family, He was a great guy.

Jimmy Was a great friend from the old neighborhood in Esplen. I will miss him very much.
The last time I saw him was very hard. I went with Mike D. & Ray Porko was there.
I will miss him very much especially his big smile and personality. He is now at peace.

Andrea, Vinny, Val, Matt, and all of Jim's loved ones...what a moving tribute to a wonderful man. We shared many occasions with Jim, and we will remember his kindness above all else. I know that you are all at peace, knowing that Jim's suffering has ended, but your hearts will always long for his presence. Take solace in knowing that you will have his love for all of eternity.
