Elaine Price's Obituary
Elaine Price, of Cranberry Township, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025, at the age of 76 at her home. Elaine was born on June 18, 1948 and grew up in Swissvale, Pennsylvania.
Elaine was a proud graduate of Edinboro University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. In 1971, she married her devoted husband, Wilbur Price, and together they forged a loving partnership that served as the foundation of their family. Elaine dedicated her professional life to serving as an Executive Assistant at Ritter Engineering.
A talented baker, Elaine found joy in the kitchen, particularly in crafting delicious chocolate confections. Her famed pumpkin cake was cherished among family and friends. As well as her exceptional twice baked potatoes which were a family holiday favorite.
Elaine is survived by her loving husband, Wilbur Price and their son, Michael Price. She will be remembered as a kind and devoted mother, as well as a devoted wife, whose warmth and compassion touched the lives of many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Jessie Tomasic; brother, Charles Tomasic, Jr.; as well as her sister, Carol Weis.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, June 1st from 12-2 & 4-6 P.M. at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
A Blessing Service will be held on Monday, June 2nd at 1 P.M. in the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
Entombment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
