Elaine was a wonderful person who always had a smile when I would be in the office. She was my Dad's right hand person with her unwavering support. She was there when I first started at Ritter snd was there when I left. She would instinctively know at all times what the situation called for and was always 3 steps ahead of it. I would always enjoy her smile and was so much fun to talk to and was always there for you. Thanks for the memories Elaine. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Elaine was one of the first people I spoke with when I interviewed with Ritter Engineering in 1990. I worked with her from that point on until her retirement & loved her positive disposition, her work ethic & the ability to just get things done. Everyone loved Elaine & relied on her for so many things. We were blessed to have known her & worked with her and she will truly be missed by all who came to know her.
