Douglas James Crawford's Obituary
With sadness and love the family of Douglas James Crawford
announces his peaceful passing after a brief illness.
Doug was 52, from Castle Shannon.
If you were blessed enough to have known Doug, you enjoyed the
infectious sound of his laughter and his big smile.
His heart was even bigger as he always put others needs above his own.
Doug was a talented HVAC mechanic who operated his own small business.
He will most likely be remembered as an extremly talented Late Model race car driver.
Doug had a passion for driving his car 9c at the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway
and Lernerville Speedway.
Above all else in life, Doug loved his family, friends and pit crew.
He loved spending time with his parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles and
playing wiffle ball and kickball with his nieces and nephews.
Doug is survived by his parents, Joyce & Stan Dulemba and John & Denise Crawford;
his siblings Candy (Bill) Stanley, John David (Kathy) Crawford,
Joyce Lynn (Jay) Johnson and Tim Crawford;
nieces and nephews Matt (Brittney), Billy, Kaylin, Sarah, Hannah, Julia, Caleb and Josh;
as well as many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 1p-4p and 6p-9p; service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 10a at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home,
301 Curry Hollow Rd, Pleasant Hills, 15236.
The family is asking if you have a photo of Doug to please bring it to share.
