Catherine Marie (Costa) Zdrale's Obituary
Catherine Marie (Costa) Zdrale, age 62, of South Fayette, passed peacefully at her home on June 2, 2020 after bravely battling multiple cancers for most of her life. Cathy is survived by her beloved and devoted husband of 26 years, Troy. Cathy was born on November 26, 1957 and is the daughter of the late Carl E. and Dorothy E. (Picone) Costa, Daughter-in-Law to James and the late Nancy (Brier) Zdrale and sister of Carl W. (Lisa) Costa and the late Christopher P. (Joyce) Costa. Sister-in-Law to Thomas (Sandy) Zdrale, beloved Aunt to Juliane (Costa) Wagner, Kristen (Costa) Smalley, Matthew Costa, Dana (Costa) Sander, Dusty Costa, and Danielle Zdrale, and Great Aunt to several nieces and nephews
She grew up in Brentwood, PA and worked for the Greater Pittsburgh Police Federal Credit Union. She enjoyed spending time at her cabin in Tionesta, PA with Troy and her many faithful dogs. She is loved and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 5th, 2020 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. Given the health restrictions we are currently experiencing, only 40 people will be permitted in the Funeral Home at one time. Family respectfully requests that facial masks be worn by all visitors that wish to pay their respects to Catherine. Condolences may be shared at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
