Andrew J. Galioto's Obituary
Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is truly merciful and brought Andrew Galioto, 78, of Pleasant Hills into His loving arms for eternity on Monday, March 29, 2021. He is survived by his devoted wife JoAnn of 34 years; daughter Gina (Trenton) Scott; four sons Andrew C. (Cindy), Gabe (Karen) Galioto, Edward and Joseph Gusten; grandchildren Lauren, Anthony, Olivia, Niko, Natalie, Will, Roman, Gabriel, Clara, Garrett, Gavin, Atalie, and Avid; brothers Thomas (Cleda), and Dan (Cecelia) Galioto; as well as many adoring nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Clara Galioto; brother John Galioto; and step-mother June.
A 60 year member of the IBEW, Andrew was dedicated to his career. He was fun loving and the life of the party. As an outdoorsman Andrew loved to ski, hunt, fish and bike. He enjoyed life and will truly be missed by family and those in the community.
Family and friends are welcomed on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 1 to 4 pm & 6 to 8 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, 10 am at Triumph of the Holy Cross, St. Thomas a` Becket, 139 Gill Hall Road, 15025.
