Dagny V. Neel Fitzpatrick is Vice President and a 4th generation family member proudly serving families of Western Pennsylvania.

Peter I. Johnson has been proudly serving the residents of Western Pennsylvania with compassion and Dignity since the 1990's. A graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Peter has been a licensed funeral director since 1997. He has experience in the funeral and burial customs and traditions of many nationalities and religious groups. Not only does he have vast funeral experience, Peter also has many years of cemetery management experience as well. Peter is a member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Scottish Rite, Syria Shriners, Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks and Teutonia Mannerchor. Peter is married with two children and enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and watching his children's sporting events.

James McCardle is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed CPA. James has over 20 years of accounting experience and has lived and worked in Western PA for the majority of his life. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, travelling and being outdoors.
Paul received his B.A., cum laude and his J.D. from Duquesne University. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Paul is a member of the Pennsylvania Board of Finance and Revenue. The Pennsylvania Board of Finance and Revenue (“BF&R”) is an independent administrative tax tribunal responsible for the second and final level of administrative appeal (with minor exceptions) before appealing to court.
Paul is an adjunct faculty member at the Duquesne University School of Law, where he teaches Wills and Trust Skills.
Paul has in the past been an adjunct faculty member the Duquesne University School of Law, where he taught Business Planning, Mercyhurst College, where he taught Estate Planning and Penn State Continuing Education for Accountants, where he taught Choice of Business Entities.

Matthew has been with Jefferson Memorial since 2018. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation through Robert Morris University. He is a native of Jefferson Hills and is proud to be a part of the Jefferson Memorial Family.

Lee is a member of the Jefferson Memorial team since 2016 with a background of more than 36 years in client care, and audit administration for consumer-facing businesses. Lee, after several career opportunities with companies in other states, returned to native Pittsburgh to be closer to his family.

Kathy grew up right here in our backyard, graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School and then earning her degree in Communications from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Having worked a variety of careers, all with a with a common goal of connecting one-on-one with individuals and helping to meet their unique needs. Kathy genuinely cares about her families, and her personal life experience enhances her ability to understand what families are going through when they experience the loss of a loved one.
Sara, originally from Colorado, has called the South Hills of Pittsburgh home for the past twenty years. She and her husband have enjoyed raising their family here. She previously has worked in both law and real estate offices and utilizes her knowledge to assist families with questions regarding burial rights. In addition to working and chauffeuring her children to various activities she loves hand knitting when she can find the time.

Dylan J. Rappold has been with Jefferson Memorial Park since February 2018. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts & Sciences, and is a native of the McKeesport area. You may contact Dylan to order floral bouquets for your loved ones throughout the year.
Amy joined the Jefferson Memorial family in 2020, coming to us with over 27 years of experience in managing cemetery locations throughout Western PA. She takes great pride in building a team of educated knowledgeable and compassionate advanced planning advisors to help your families prearrange their cemetery and funeral needs. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and her granddaughter.

Vickie has been in the funeral industry for over 11 years. She joined Jefferson Memorial Cemetery in 2021, and lives in Irwin with her husband Frank and their dog and cat

Michael Rauch has been in the cemetery industry since 1985. He was employed with CMS West, Inc and CMS East, Inc for 35 years managing cemeteries, before joining Jefferson Memorial Cemetery in October 2020 serving as Advance Planning Advisor. Michael is married with 3 children and 9 grandchildren.

Steve is a graduate of Robert Morris University and has been in the customer service industry for 48 years. Since joining Jefferson Memorial in May 2010, he has helped countless local families. Steve is very active in community events and organizations. In his spare time, Steve enjoys his lovely wife of 39 years, Elaine, and their 2 sons and 1 grandson.

Jeff joined the Jefferson Memorial team in October 2020. He has been serving the needs of families in Western Pennsylvania for over 20 years and has vast experience in helping families to pre plan for the inevitable. Jeff has a Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree from the University of Pittsburgh. When not helping families, Jeff enjoys spending his time with his 3 sons.

Although Kerri is new to Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, she has been assisting Western Pennsylvania families with their burial arrangements since 2019. Kerri is passionate about educating families about the benefits of pre-planning their funeral and burial needs. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Rachel has been serving families in Western PA for 10 years now. She joined the team at Jefferson Memorial in 2020. Rachel is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will leave Jefferson feeling like a part of her family, with a smile and a hug! In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her daughter. She understands the importance of family and will go above and beyond to help protect yours through the preplanning process.
Karen, who has been with us since 2020, is our Review Consultant at Jefferson Memorial Park. She has an extensive retail background, as well as an associates degree in business management from WCCC. Karen has been in our industry for 11 years now. She resides in Westmoreland City with her husband Mike and enjoys spending her free time with her son and his new bride.

Lou joined the staff of Jefferson Memorial Park in 2019 as our Bronze Representative and Design Specialist. You can contact Lou in person, by phone, or via email to work with you to design a personalized memorial for your loved one. With our innovative technology, he can provide you with a color photo of your custom designed bronze memorial to honor the memory of your loved one forever. Lou is a native of the South Hills. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Danielle Krzyzanowski has been with Jefferson Memorial since 2021. Prior to joining our team, she was working in the hotel industry for 4 years where she learned the importance of customer service. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, dog, and cats.
Michele joined the Jefferson Memorial team in 2021. She has been a life-long resident of Allegheny County, where she was a Volunteer Firefighter for her hometown of West Homestead and Emergency Medical Technician.
Michele has worked for several organizations over many years where she has gathered adequate knowledge, skills and qualifications to be a benefit to her employer. The some of the essential traits she brings to her place of employment includes, but is not limited too are: managerial skills; receptionist duties; customer service; copy & printing; processing mailings; selling merchandise and services; filing & organization; data entry. She is reliable; highly focused with attention to detail; motivated; and has a conscientious work style.
Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home

Kadi joined Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in 2020. Raised in Jefferson, Ohio she now lives in the Greenfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh with her fiancé and Stella, their cat. Kadi received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Gannon University where she received the Academic Award of Excellence in Mortuary Science. She is a 2018 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science (PIMS). Kadi is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. Kadi is honored to assist families during their time of transition.

Jan has been a licensed funeral director in the state of Pennsylvania for over 40 years. She is happy to return to the Pleasant Hills area and Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home after residing in the State College area for a number of years.

Angela has been a proud member of Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home serving different facets of the company since 2015. When she is not serving the families of Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Angela enjoys being surrounded by her family as well as her family’s menagerie of animals. She enjoys nature, learning new things and keeping busy.

Jason proudly serves as Funeral Director of Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. He is a graduate of The Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Point Park University. Jason is also a Certified Life Celebrant and is also a Certified Crematory Operator through CANA, NFDA, and Matthews.

Josephine came to love working in the funeral industry while playing the bagpipes for funerals throughout her childhood. She studied philosophy and music at Edinboro University and graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2015. As a native to Pittsburgh’s North Side, she was raised with a strong sense of community. She is highly passionate about the work she does with those she meets along her path, and feels that it’s an honor to be entrusted with caring for the many families she serves. On her days off she loves spending time with her daughter Daria hiking, swimming, and exploring the outdoors. Josephine is honored to have the opportunity to serve the families cared for at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery.

Kayla began her internship here at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in September of 2021. She was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, PA, graduating in the top of her high school class. She spent her time throughout high school playing softball and leading the marching band at half time as the Field Commander. She kept the love for band in college as well, being a part of the marching, concert and jazz band ensembles. In December, she will receive her Bachelor of Science Degree from California University of Pennsylvania. She also obtained a Minor in History while attending Cal. Also, Kayla graduated cum laude from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in September of 2021. When not working, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and going to Pittsburgh Penguins hockey games. Kayla is honored to have this opportunity to help and assist the families cared for here at the funeral home.
David has been with Jefferson Memorial for over 20 years. He serves as the funeral home’s lead attendant, assistant to the funeral directors and house decorator. He also assists greatly in planning the events that the funeral home and cemetery sponsor. In his spare time, he volunteers on the Homestead Cemetery Board, maintaining the grass cutting at the cemetery.

Dawn serves the Funeral Home and its staff as Administrative Assistant.
Colleen serves as the Financial Specialist and joined Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in 2021 after re-locating back to the Pittsburgh area from Los Angeles, CA. She has a background in non-profit, accounting, funeral service and grief recovery. Originally from the South Hills area, she is proud to be back and to assist families during a difficult time and support her fellow staff.
