William (Bill) Jr.
Age 82, of Whitaker passed away on June 29, 2017. Son of the late Nora Smith Penn and William Penn, Sr. Brother of the late Joan (Penn) Marshall. Survived by life long friends Kevin and Mary Haisley and 2 nephews. Retired from the Monongahela Connecting Railroad in 1997 after 45 years of service. Veteran of the United States Army, having served in the 1950's in the 314th Infantry Regiment. Past President and long time member of Custom Coaches, LTD, Van Club. Past President and long time member of Street Life Cruzers (Car Club). Member of Antique Car Club of America, Antique Truck Club of America, Ford V8 Club. Member and Volunteer of the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum. Past member of the Elks Lodge #11. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Pleasant Hills. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Monday at 11:30 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Family Hospice and Palliative Care at 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, PA, 15243. Condolences may be left at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
