73, of Finleyville, passed away peacefully at Jefferson Hospital on January 5, 2018. Loving husband of 51 years to Linda J.(Scherer); father of Dean W., Dale C. (Colleen), and Dana L. Messina (Shane); grandfather of Dale C. Jr. and McKenna G. Axel; step grandfather of Sierra M. and Ian N. Messina; brother of Lois Haslett (NY) and the late Patricia Fernacz; son of the late William C. Sr and the late Cecelia Haslett. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran (Army). He was a driver for Port Authority for 25 years and Air-Star Access for 9 years. Services and Interment are private.
