William "Bill" Hardy's Obituary
William "Bill" Hardy, age 83, of Baldwin, PA., passed away suddenly on December 25, 2022.
William is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Janet M. Hardy, his loving children, Cynthia Ann Hardy and Brian Frederick (Trena) Hardy, and one cherished granddaughter, Loralei Ann Hardy. Also survived by his brother, Robert B. Hardy and his family, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Bill grew up in Hardyville, PA. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Ellwood City in 1957. Bill married the love of his life of October 2, 1957. He served our nation in the Army from 1957-1963. Bill worked for Paul Rowan and Associates for 26 years and later went on to act as a Sales Representative for multiple organizations before retiring. In his youth Bill loved to play baseball, bowl, golf, hunt and fish, later with his son he enjoyed attending baseball games during his high school and college years. Bill was known as a generous family oriented man, he could talk to anybody he came across. He loved watching baseball and was an avid reader enjoying history and military literature. Above all he loved his family and friends.
