William "Bill" Dacoros' Obituary
82, of Brookline, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2018. Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Margaret (Michels) Dacoros; three daughters, Chris (Ronald) Dacoros-King, Carol (Scott) Lowry, Donna (Pio) DiPofi; grandchildren, Veronica, Ian, Nathan, Mariah, Theresa, Adam (Ellen), Nick, Brianna, Allison, Pio, and Sydney; sisters, Margaret Dacoros and Patricia Marchman; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Patience and John Dacoros; and his sisters, Diane Scott and Irene Lober. He proudly served as an aviation mechanic for the 171st Air National Guard Unit in Pittsburgh. He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church and the AARP. Bill was a co-founder of the Bright & Early Childcare Centers, where he delighted in serving as Santa. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, 2 pm - 4 pm & 6 pm - 8 pm at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Funeral Ceremony will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2018, 11:30 am in the Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Brookline Food Bank.
