Vince Tiller's Obituary
Vincent "Vince" Tiller, a cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the age of 77. Vince was born on August 19, 1946 in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Vincent and Dolores (Wilson) Tiller.
Vince proudly served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War, a period that shaped much of his character and values. After his military service, he embarked on a fulfilling career with UPMC as a case manager, where he dedicated himself to the well-being of others until his retirement.
A devout member of the Nazarene faith, Vince's commitment to his beliefs was evident in the way he lived his life. He was actively involved in his church community and volunteer work at local nursing homes, where he found strength and fellowship.
Vince was a man of many interests, but above all, he loved playing music and caring for his beloved cockatiel, Muffins.
Family was the cornerstone of Vince's life. He is survived by his loving children, Dana Weiss (Ken) and Denise; his adored grandchildren, Alexis and Kaitlyn; his cherished great-grandchildren, Levi, Lennox, and Brooklyn; and his sister, Joyce Talbot.
He was preceded in death by his devoted parents and his beloved wife, Charleen Tiller, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and companionship.
