My Aunt Vickie displayed a beautiful attitude all of her life. As a young widow she continued to thrive with family, work, friends and her church. She was a gift to my mother, Mary Travis. She provided friendship and companionship after my dad died. They enjoyed their bus trips to Atlantic City and shopping at the mall in Pittsburgh. I appreciate the life and example of giving Aunt Vickie led. My sympathies to my cousins, Wayne and Alma, and their families.
