I have such fond memories of my uncle Victor. One specific memory is right after my father passed, I was crying telling him that I no longer had a dad, he looked at me & stated: \"I may not be your dad, but I can be a father to you, for now you have me\" That was the kind of man my uncle Victor was, a very especial person in every way. You are for ever in our hearts.
