Tracey Lyn Pristas' Obituary
Tracey Pristas, a loving, generous, and selfless woman, passed away peacefully with her loving family and friends at her side on Thursday, August 24, 2023, in Jefferson Hills. Born on May 1, 1971, Tracey lived a life full of love, joy, and service to others.
Tracey is survived by her husband, Sean Pristas, and their three beautiful daughters, Rylee, Ashlynn, and McKenna Pristas. She is also survived by her siblings, Lisa (James) Kreber and Christopher (Julie Prex) Brehm, and her nieces, Abby and Emma Kreber. Tracey's extended family and countless dear friends also mourn her loss. Tracey was preceded in death by her parents, John and Diane Brehm.
Tracey was a woman of great intellect and compassion. She held a Master's Degree and used her education to better the lives of others in her role as a social worker. Her dedication to her profession was evident in the countless lives she touched and the positive changes she helped bring about in her community.
Above all, Tracey was a devoted mother and wife. She took immense pleasure in supporting her children in their cheerleading, tumbling, cross country, swimming, and marching band activities. Her family was her greatest joy, and she loved nothing more than spending time with them. Vacations with family and friends to the beach were a cherished tradition, and these precious memories will be held dear by her loved ones.
Tracey Pristas was a beacon of light in this world, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Her life was a testament to the power of love, generosity, and selflessness. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire and guide those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Family and friends are welcomed on Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 1 to 4 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh.
