Timothy Martin Petrak's Obituary
Timothy Martin Petrak, known affectionately as Tim, passed away peacefully in Finleyville on July 9, 2023, at the age of 76. Born on May 16, 1947, in Mckeesport, Tim was a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Tim is survived by his devoted wife, Diane, his loving sons, Timothy Michael and his wife Elena, Steven Ralph Petrak, and his caring brother, Daniel Petrak. He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Rita Petrak and his brother William Petrak.
Tim was a man of strong character and determination. His work ethic was unparalleled, serving in the US Army Reserve and later as a Supervisor at the Port Authority. His dedication to his work was evident in every task he undertook, and he was respected by his peers for his commitment and integrity.
Tim was a man of many interests and was particularly passionate about his involvement in the Moose Fraternity 172 since 2001 and the American Legion 613. He enjoyed stockcar racing and riding his Harley.
Tim's life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his family, his work, and his community. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched with his kindness, generosity, and love. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
Family and Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm and on Friday 11 am to 12 pm where a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home chapel Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home 301 Curry Hollow Rd Pittsburgh PA 15236
