Tom Wendell's Obituary
Mr. Thomas Wendell, age 95, passed away on May 10, 2026.
Tom was a Korean War veteran having served in the Army. He enjoyed skiing at Seven Springs and was a wonderful artists and photographer.
He is survived by his siblings Nancy (Richard) Brown and Richard (Kathleen) Wendell; nephews Dan Wendell, Don Wendell, Rick Wendell, and Nicholas Brown; nieces Lynnanne Turner, Kristin Bonacci, and Laura Lepisto. He was also "Uncle Tommy" to 5 great nephews and 5 great nieces and a great great niece.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Margaret Wendell.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 10:00 am at Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Elizabeth of Hungary worship site, 1 Grove Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Family asks if everyone could please meet at the church. Burial to follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
