Thomas "Tim" Stephan
Age 84, of Jefferson Hills, formerly of Homestead, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and went home to be with the Lord on June 20, 2018. Beloved wife of 60 years to Gerry; father of Tris Ann (Sean) Dalton, Tim (Wendy Johnson and dog, Mojo) Puskar, and Betsy (Rose Kochka) Puskar; grandfather of Zach Miller, Logan, Paige and Kyle Kochka-Puskar, and the late Nikia Johnson; sister-in-law, Helen Puskar; also survived by Chris and Kevin Campbell and many nieces and nephews. Tim was the youngest of 12 siblings, that he will join in heaven. He served in the US Army as a Medical Clerk, and was employed by US steel for 20+ years. He was a member of Labors Union #373. Tim was an avid pool player, loved to throw darts, and threw a mean horse shoe, all of which he passed on to his children. He was completely devoted to his children and grandchildren, spending as much time as he could with their sports and hobbies. Tim and Gerry loved to travel the world, by car, train and many boats. Tim loved happy hour, no matter who joined. He lived life to the fullest and will be deeply missed by all. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, June 23, 3-7:30 PM at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. A Blessing Service will follow at 7:30 PM in the funeral home chapel. Donations may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation or Lupus Foundation. Condolences may be left at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
