Thomas Edward Poljak, Sr., age 89, of Baldwin Borough, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Husband of 54 years to the late Patricia C. McNally. Father of Christine (James) Sambolt and Thomas (Ann) Poljak. Grandfather of Jason (Megan) Sambolt, Nicole (Timothy) Joyce, Meghan and Mitchell Poljak. Great-grandfather of Owen and Grant Sambolt, and Harper Joyce. Preceded in death by his parents Tome and Janjo (Jane) Poljak. As well as his brothers; Charles, Vincent, Nicholas, Joseph, Matthew, and John.
Services are Private and under the care of Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills. Interment at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery. Memorial Service to be planned at a later date. Online condolences may be shared at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
