Thomas Patrick Donahue's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Thomas Patrick Donahue, of West Mifflin, announces his passing on Thursday, November 26, 2020, after a courageous fight of more than 4 weeks with COVID-19. He passed peacefully from this life into the loving arms of his Lord, with his daughter at his side.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Kathryn and John Donahue; sister, Kay Daerr; and his beloved wife of 45 years, Marlene Donahue, the love of his life.
He is the loving father of Thomas (Irene) Donahue, of New York, Julianne Donahue of West Mifflin, and Jeff (Carrie) Donahue, of Munhall. Brother of John (Dolly), Patty (Jack), Peggy (Don), Jean (Alan). Tom was also the loving Pap of Tyler, Santino, Delainy, Vincent, Francesca "Frankie", and Jake.
Tom was very dedicated to his family, always making sure he provided for them. His family remembers him as a selfless, giving man. He was a lifelong Steeler fan and enjoyed completing yard work. Tom never missed his chance to play his numbers. His family will continue to celebrate his life in all that they do, and are grateful to have had him as their Dad and Pap. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him, including his fur-kids at home, "Niko" and "Zoey" (his "little girl").
Services are private and have been entrusted to the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Tom's memory to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank to ease local families' burdens during the COVID-19 health crisis at www.communityfoodbank.org.
