Thomas Dalton Moore's Obituary
Thomas Dalton Moore, age 78, of West Mifflin, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 19, 2021.
Thomas is survived by his beloved wife 55 years, Marcella A. Moore; father of Steven Dalton (Fay) Moore and Dominic M. Moore; brother of Susie (Richard) Harkins, Sally (James) Donsbach, Kathy (Richard) Rostauscher and Terry Moore; loved dearly by his host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Dalton and Pauline W. Moore.
Thomas was a master gardener and jack of all trades who enjoyed taking care of his home. He loved being outdoors, taking road trips and crossword puzzles. Thomas was an animal lover who loved to spend time with his sons. He proudly served his country, serving in the United States Air Force, and he was a member Sons of the American Revolution, and he enjoyed donating to charities.
Family and friends are welcomed on Monday, April 26, 20201 from 6 to 8 pm & Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 10 am until 12pm at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in memory of Thomas to the Western Pa School for Blind Children, 201 N. Bellefield Avenue, PGH 15213 or to the Wounded Warrior Project at https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/ . Online condolences may be shared at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
