Therese Bahl's Obituary
Therese Donahue Bahl, ge 92, formerly a long-time resident of Whitehall, passed away on May 24, 2021, in Clermont FL.
Therese was married to her high school sweetheart, the late Raymond J. Bahl for over 70 years. Therese is survived by her brother John (Jerry) Donahue of Jacksonville, FL, loving children David (Suzanne), Gary (Jackson Glass), and Amy Harvick (Rory); grandchildren, Derek (Begene), Emily Romaninsky (Sam), and Brad Boswell; great-grandchildren, Dawson, Nicholas, Benjamin, and Naomi.
Therese was an accomplished artist in various mediums, particularly the field of American Decorative Arts; a member of NAME (National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts) and Board President (1992) of IGMA (International Guild of Miniature Artisans. She was selected as a Guild Artisan and later as a Distinguished Fellow. For many summers she taught at the Guild School in Castine, Maine.
Therese was laid to rest beside Ray in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
