Tammy Lynn Holzer, age 55, of Baldwin, passed away on August 25, 2025.
Tammy was known for her infectious positive attitude, ambition, and empathetic nature. She had a passion for camping, shopping, and engaging with friends and family through conversation and social media. She brought joy and warmth to everyone she met, and her spirit will be deeply missed
Tammy is survived by her significant other David Kessler, children Colte Holzer and Madicyn (Jacob) Fazio; grandchildren Vincenzo and Antonio Fazio; brothers Ken (Bonnie) Porter and Keith (Lisa) Porter.
She preceded in death by her parents Frank and Carmela "Betty" Porter.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 28th from 2-8 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th at 10 A.M. in the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
