Susan Jeanne Vaksman's Obituary
Susan Jeanne Vaksman, age 64, of Bethel Park, PA. passed away on April 20, 2023.
Susan is survived by her fiancé of 7 years Craig Edwards; children Michael (Amber) Dunn Jr., Neal (Lexy) Dunn, James (Amber) Burnett, Kirstin (Daniel) Mahoney, Alison (Angelo) Testa, and Sean Vaksman; grandchildren Peyton, Olivia, Shane and Carson Dunn, Ferdinando Frangione, Jaida Feehan, Charlotte Burnett, Enzo and Rocco Testa, Olivia and Ethan Mahoney; great-grandchildren Scarlett and Elijah Miller; and her siblings William "Bill" (Shirley) Very and Janet (Jim) Shively.
She is preceded in death by her parents William and Jeanne Very and and her loving dog Vito.
Susan was born and raised in Pittsburgh and practiced as a Nurse for many years. In her life Susan enjoyed sewing, baking, camping, fishing, but she loved going to the casino, her "happy place" the most.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, April 24th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm for Visitation at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA, 15236. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 25th at 12pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any Animal Shelter of your choice.
