Susan Smith's Obituary
Susan Smith, age 70, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, in the comfort of her own home. Susan was born on May 12, 1954, the daughter of the late Stephen and Olive (Robinson) Cichowicz.
Susan is survived by her beloved husband, David H. Smith; and her children, Dawn Gruhalla- D'Alessandro, Gary (Christina Horner) Feth, and Nicole (Joe) Weisen. She also leaves five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, John Cichowicz, Joann Farrell, and Steve Cichowicz.
Susan enjoyed sewing and was an animal lover, especially adoring her own fur babies.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for visitation from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A service will be held in the chapel at the funeral home at 6:00 pm. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
