You were my protective, older sister and I will miss you so much.
Time seems to move so quickly and it was only yesterday that we couldn't wait for school to end and summer to begin.
Eating Mom's brown paper bag lunches under the trees on the tire swing, jumping off the side of the pool (my scar) or playing kick-the-can late into the evening (your scar). I'm glad it was spent with you.
At night, settling in for TV, you made the best damn stovetop buttered popcorn. I can still hear the pot shaking on the stove, with you making sure every kernel popped and nothing scorched.
You were the big sister a brother only hoped to have.
Until we see each other again, I cherish so many memories of you deep in my heart.
Rest in peace Susan.
My deepest sympathies, I'm so glad I got to visit with you both last month, may she rest in peace, God bless!
Rest In Peace. Dot and JimDeborah, Karen and Lisa
