Sam, Jane, Jerry, Cliff, Chuck and family
Our deepest sympathies on the loss of your dad. I will cherish this picture that Uncle Sam and I took together just a few weeks ago. As we all know he had a sweet tooth. I wanted to make his day bringing him a surprise box of Bethel Bakery goodies. The look on his face was like he won the lottery. “THAT will be my supper” We talked about so much that day …life, sickness, my family, his house and apartment, how much he loved his kids, grandkids and how he missed his wife of 72 years sitting in her chair in the living room. Even joked about how my Aunt Rita Mae called my mom everyday and they had a lot to catch up on when she got to Heaven. No doubt! On our wedding day he told Gary and I that I was the smartest in my family since I listened and married an Italian man.🤣❤️ Every family event after that he would repeat that same line. We always knew it was coming and laughed each time. I am picturing him out the wheelchair, pain free and hugging his wife again. Rest in Peace, Uncle Sam we loved you and you will be missed 🙏
