Russell Lowe's Obituary
Russell Lowe, age 91, of West Mifflin, passed away on July 29, 2026.
Russell was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked for the Army Corps. of Engineers as a mechanic.
Russell is survived by his sisters Sharon (Jim) Clark and Deborah (Bill) Dixon.
He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Helen Lowe as well as his sisters Eileen Studer, Winona Andrews, Helen Nix, and Christine Davis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 3, 2026 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Final respects and closing prayers will be shared at 8:00 pm.
