Russell D. Hoffman's Obituary
Russell D. Hoffman, 73, of South Park, PA., peacefully entered into eternal rest on June 26, 2022.
Russell is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna Hoffman; sons, Kevin (Carrie) Hoffman and Eric (Julie) Hoffman; grandsons, Theodore and Douglas Hoffman; siblings, John Hoffman, Janet (Denny) Kunkel, and Gary (Cindy) Hoffman and nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Marie Hoffman, and his sister, Leslye Hoffman.
Russell was a family man. He married the love of his life, Donna and together they raised their family, traveled, and danced.
After 34 years, Russell retired from KLH Engineers where he was a designer. Throughout the years, he and Donna loved to dance, and were members of the Steel City Boogie Club that took them to many states creating lifelong friends. In September, Russell and Donna would frequently visit Wildwood Crest beach in New Jersey.
Over the years, Russell completed several puzzles which he proudly displays in his and Donna's home to this day.
Russell had many hobbies, but most dear was his family, especially his grandsons, attending as many of their hockey games as possible.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, June 28th from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 29th at 12 P.M. in the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Russell's name to the National Kidney Foundation at kidney.org/donation.
