Ronald J. Franko, age 74, of South Park, passed away on October 19, 2017. Beloved Husband, of 49 years, to Mary. Loving Father of Ronald, Jr., Christine (Jeff) Bywalski, and Catherine (Ron) Leonetti. Cherished "Papa" of Tyler, Sam, Ryan, and Lauren. Brother of Richard Franko. Ronald served in Vietnam as an Army S/Sgt. He loved to play golf and spent his spare time at home repairing old lawn equipment in summer, and he enjoyed sitting on the front porch with his feet propped up on the railing. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 1 - 3 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m. at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Rd, Pittsburgh Pa 15236. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Nativity Catholic Church, 5811 Curry Rd, Pittsburgh Pa, 15236. Interment to follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
