I was a young guy with a young family living in Erie Pa in the early 90's. I met Ron thru a manufacturer as I was starting my sales career. Ron saw I was struggling and took me to dinner one night in Meadville. He gave me a single piece of wisdom that lasted my entire career.
He told me to forget about the products. People are our business. Listen to them and help them. This is what they will remember. He also told me to be nice to people on the way up, because you will meet them on the way back down.
Over 30 years later, Ron's simple advice was priceless. I have had a wonderful successful career by following Ron's advice. Thank you Ron, Rest in Peace.
