I grew up in the same community that Roger did and we both stayed in our community as adults. I just recently learned of Rogers passing. He was younger than me, so we were not exactly friends, but I wanted to express our condolences to his family. It’s so difficult to lose a parent. I worked with Roger at Clairton and he was the nicest cantankerous dude you'd ever want to work alongside, if that makes any sense. He will be missed here as I'm sure elsewhere the same.
